Masterworks Pre-Concert Dinners and Discussions

Enjoy a fine dinner in the Overture Center's Wisconsin Studio just steps away from the Capitol Theater before the performance. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and a cash bar is available. A buffet style dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. As you savor a fine dessert, Maestro Andrew Sewell and the evening's guest artist will join the Wisconsin Public Radio host for a discussion of the evening's concert. These are the voices that you have heard on Wisconsin Public radio introducing and discussing the music you have come to love. They bring a wealth of knowledge and some great stories you might not have heard. It is an excellent way to enhance your experience, get closer to the music, meet new friends and relax before the concert. (and the parking lots are usually not crowded earlier in the evening!)
