Concerts on the Square® Volunteers

 

Volunteering at Concerts on the Square® is a wonderful way to meet new people, to experience the outdoors in Wisconsin and to hear great music presented by the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra! Over 80 volunteers are needed each week to sell programs and balloons, work in the merchandise booth, greet patrons at the table area and assist staff with security. We hope that you will join us for one of Madison’s finest summertime traditions, and we look forward to seeing you on the Square!

 

 

We currently have openings in the following areas:
• Program, Raffle & Balloon Sales
• Table Area Detailers
• Merchandise Booth
• Stage Security

Families, friends, young and old are encouraged to volunteer (volunteers under 16 years-old require adult supervision).  Volunteers receive a complimentary volunteer t-shirt with our logo as well as a soft drink and ice cream each night they work. Volunteers also receive a one-time discount of 50% off of one item in our Gift Booth. And, those who work 3 or more concerts receive two complimentary tickets to one of the Masterworks concerts in our 2010-2011 season.
